Putting up the Christmas Tree

Isabelle and I decided to put up the Christmas tree, while Jason went to the OU/OSU game. Isabelle had lots of fun decorating the tree when she would put an ornament on she would say "perfect".
We had a nice relaxing afternoon just the two of us. Later we went to Hobby Lobby and Isabelle put on quite a show for everyone. Isabelle was wearing silver tinsel around her neck like a boa and singing and dancing for the whole store. Everyone just kept saying she is so cute. My little actress strikes again! So... now the the house looks "Perfect" in the words of Isabelle. NOW! I just have to convince Jason to put lights on the outside of the house.

Thanksgiving Feast!!

Isabelle had her Thanksgiving feast at school today! They made these cute little head dresses and she loves walking around acting like a little Indian. Today, I picked up Jaxon from school for Suzanne and then he and I went and got Isabelle at her school.....She was so excited to see him!! Isabelle talked to Jaxon the whole way home and he would just laugh at her it was the cutest thing.....Made me think about how she would act with a little brother of her own.

Our Saturday!!

Jason got in about at 5:00am on Saturday morning from Las Vegas, Luckliy Isabelle slept til 8:30am.....so Jason got a little rest. Isabelle and I were glad to have her Daddy home from is bussiness venture. We spent the day by going to Target Isabelle's favorite store. Then we went out to Mustang to see baby Payton, Jeremy and Ashley. Payton is getting bigger he has changed a little since we had seen him. Isabelle keep trying to get him to wake up she would say "Wake up Baby." and clap her hands together, but it didn't work......so she played with Jeremy's old stuffed dog Bernard. Isabelle enternained Deb(Ashley mom) for a while and played with the dogs Alley and Mattie. Jason parnets came over for a little while to visit and see the new wood floors, we all went out to dinner at Poblano Grill....good Mexican food. That was our Saturday in a nut shell.

Isabelle's sick

Our little princess is sick! As soon as Jason leaves for Boulder, CO. For a photo shoot.., Isabelle starts coughing that evening. We were up all night with this awful cough, tried steam that would help for a little bit.....To say the least I got very little sleep. The next morning I call my best friend Suzanne whose husband is also out of town and she had the same kind of evening, Jaxon was up all night, he is getting is two top front teeth.....Poor little guy. Why is it as soon as your husband leaves the kids get sick? I took Isabelle to the doctor the next morning and Dr. Dooley said, Isabelle had a cold and bronchitis....So we got some medicine and a cool mist humidifier and Isabelle is feeling much better today. Isabelle said the funniest thing last night when I was rubbing Vicks BabyRub on her back,chest and neck.....She said "that feels good Momma put it on my arm." MY LITTLE PRINCESS MAKES ME LAUGH OUT LOUD DAILY SHE IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Isabelle's first OU game!!!

On Saturday, we took Isabelle to her first OU football game. Isabelle enjoyed watching the cheerleaders and the marching band.....didn't really care for the football....she is just like her mother in that aspect. Isabelle got a pink OU hat that, she just had to have and looks adorable in. This weekend we spent it with Pa and Nona while our wood floors were getting re-done. Isabelle had a blast she loves spending time with her grandparents and they love spending time with her.

I'm an Aunt!!

Payton Owen arrives a month early! Jeremy called me at 4:45am this morning when Payton arrived. I went by to see them this morning, Payton was just sleeping he hasn't even open his eyes yet. Here's a picture of the cute little guy, can't decide who he looks like yet. I'm taking Isabelle up this evening, so she can see her cousin, she is so excited about the baby!!

I was looking thru some pictures and ran across this cute one of Isabelle and Jason lying in the grass this summer. Look at her cute pigtails!!
Today at school, when I got there to pick Isabelle up the teacher was reading the kids a story, when I walked in Isabelle ran over to me to give me a big hug, when one of the other little girls, Mattie, yelled "Mommy"!!! Isabelle turned her head around and pointed her finger at Mattie and told her she is "my mommy!" we all got a great laugh out of that, even Mattie was laughing.

Picture Day at School!!

Today Isabelle had school pictures, she wore her Denim dress and red cowboy boots, she looked precious. Here are a few pictures that we took before school. Isabelle's new saying this week is "I don't want it." She says it to anything that she doesn't want to do. I have to get back to baking cookies, Isabelle and I are taking them to Les who works with my Dad. Les helped us fix our hot water heater on Saturday....Jason and Jim were having a few problems with the sodering.....So my Dad called Les and he came over to help at 9:30pm, so I told him I would bake him some cookies, so that is what we are doing at 9:00pm.
