YESTERDAY WE SAID GOODBYE TO HARRIET!! I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO LET THE TURTLE GO HOME. ISABELLE WAS A LITTLE UPSET, BUT UNDERSTOOD WHY. MOM WAS TIRED OF CLEANING HARRIET'S STINKY CAGE. SO LONG HARRIET YOU WERE A GOOD TURTLE

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON!!

TODAY IS JASON'S 29TH BIRHTDAY!! I ASKED ISABELLE WANT SHE WANTED TO GET HER DADDY FOR HIS BIRTHDAY AND SHE SAID "PINK CUPCAKES! BECAUSE DADDY LOVES PINK!" WE LET JASON PICK SO HE GETS SPICE CAKE CUPCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. YUMMY!!!
THIS MORNING ISABELLE ASKED JASON WHERE HIS PARTY WAS? SINCE IT IS HIS BIRTHDAY THERE HAS TO BE A PARTY!! IT IS FUNNY WHAT KIDS THINK . HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!! I LIKE THE FROSTING!!

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON THE BURN. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE, BUT IT DOESN'T HURT TO BAD. ON TOP OF THAT I'M ALLERGIC TO THE TAPE. SO I'M ITCHING FROM THE BURN AND THE TAPE. MY MOM SAYS THAT MEANS IT IS HEALING. WHATEVER!! IT IS JUST ANNOYING!!

My Mishap!!

Ok! So last night I decided to try a new recipe that I had got from Suzanne. It is Cheesy Stuffed Shells it is yummy!! Well in the preparation of the meal we had a minor mishap. Isabelle was helping me cook as usually, she enjoys acting grown-up. She was playing at the sink making her famous meatballs. I asked her to get down while Mommy dumped the hot water in the sink. Well she decided last minute that she wanted to help and rather than dump scaling hot water on my child, it ended up on me. So now I'm trying not to say a bad word and get my husband in the kitchen to help me. It was a most excoriating pain. Jason being the helpful husband franticly looked up what to do on the internet and took great care of me. Isabelle was worried about my booboo and did what she could to help. The meal was delicious all in all.

Our wild idea!!

Yesterday Jason and I got a wild idea! That we wanted to start riding our bicycles again, so we got a trailer for the bicycle. The trailer attaches to the back of the bicycle and Isabelle rides in it. So we decided to try it out for the first time around the neighborhood to make sure we could handle it. So we rode down to the retirement community to feed the geese. On the way back I spotted something in the road, so we stopped to see what it was. It was a baby turtle, Isabelle says it is "So cute." What does that mean for the Conley family.We now have a new addition to the family she is small, cute,green and named Harriet(Isabelle named her after Franklin's sister. It is a cartoon). Here is Harriet's first picture.

Ok! So I know it has been a long time since I have blogged. When the weather gets nice though we just like to be outside and I never get a chance to sit down at the computer. So today it is raining and we are stuck in the house. So I will catch you up on everything that has been going on.

We had Easter at Toni(my mom's little sister) and David's place in Ada. It was 98 degrees which is hot for April. All the kids had fun finding eggs. I wouldn't say hunting since they were all in plain sight. They had water gun fights and so did the adults to keep cool and it's a lot of fun. It was a nice relaxing day with our family.

The next weekend we went to Tiger Safari in Tuttle. We had heard about from some of our friends that had went and we thought it sounded interesting for Isabelle. It is a hands on type place. You can sit on a turtle named Hummer. Isabelle didn't want to try it so I got to instead it was fun. He can carry like 200lbs. that's a lot for this little turtle. They had snakes you could hold no thank you. Jason and I got to hold an alligator. They feel different than I thought they would kind of creepy. Isabelle and Jason got to feed a Tiger it was kind of a lazy tiger. We got to pet a baby bear that was only 7 weeks old so cute and cuddly. It was very interesting and educational. If you have a chance to go out there I would highly recommend it.



So that is a highlight of last couple of weekends. This weekend is just kind of a lazy one with all the rain, not much you can do. We are going to my Dad's tonight for dinner and the OKC Memorial Marathon is tomorrow. I will try blog more consistently. The word being TRY.

Our perfect day!!

Yesterday Isabelle had her Easter pictures. We went to Motophoto they have live bunnies and baby chicks. Isabelle was kissing the bunny Mr. Hooper and I thought she wouldn't want to hold the chicks, but she loved playing with them. The pictures all turned out wonderful of course, which made it harder for Jason and I to choose. We get the pictures on Wednesday just in time for Easter!!!

After pictures we went down to the Myriad Gardens. Isabelle loves watching the turtles, ducks, and geese. Isabelle chased the geese around the garden. Picked a few flowers and just had a carefree day!!



Later we all went home a took a nap together! In the words of Isabelle it was the perfect day!!

Isabelle just got some new outfits made especially for her. This is her new Coyote Customs gear and I must say she is a Coyote Cutie!!
Isabelle has a new word she likes to use "Very, Very".
She will say "I'm very, very hungry." or "I'm very, very tried."
Isabelle is definitely one in a million. She always keeps me guessing.

Our Saturday!!!

Saturday Isabelle and I went to Konawa. Isabelle quickly became a country girl right along with Jaden. Jaden has just been potty trained and since they lived in the country she will just pull down her pants wherever and pee. Isabelle seen Jaden do this a couple of times and decided she would try it too! I told Michelle if Isabelle does this at school on the playground I'm calling her!!!

Isabelle's next big adventure of the day was that my grandmother "Mimi" as the great grandkids call her decided to get all the little girls make-up. That's right make-up!!! Thank you Mimi!!
Isabelle had it all over her face and thought it looked gorgeous!! All the girls took turns putting it on each other it was quite funny!

This is Isabelle's new Radio Flyer tricycle. We had to get because she wasn't going to get off of it. Isabelle rode this tricylce all over Wal-Mart and she was going to take it home one way or another!
We'll that was our Saturday. This week is Spring Break. I'm going to try to talk Jason into a mini family vacation. God knows that Jason needs a break for motorcycles after being in Daytona all weekend.

Long time no post!!!

Long time no post!This week has been a little abnormal. To begin with my cousin lost her husband in a car accident on Friday night. The hardest part of this is Melissa(my cousin), and the 2 girls. I hate to see them in this much pain and you just never no what to do, but Melissa is strong, she has her faith in God, and we have a wonderful family unit.
So on top of this Jason's Dad had to go in for 2 more stents in his heart on Wednesday during the funeral. Everything seems to look OK for now! Just have to wait and see.
And to add to that Jason has been getting a bike ready for Daytona Bike Week. Jason hasn't been home much or at all trying to get the bike done, so it could get on the road to Daytona ( 22 hours). To add to everything the trucks transmission blew up on Friday morning in Ft. Smith. Jason gets a call at 5:00am informing him of this information and they had to rent a truck from Oklahoma City, but the bike made it to Daytona and all has calmed down for the weekend. Keep Melissa and the girls in your prayers daily and Jason a safe trip home.

I promise you all she does wear cloths sometimes. You can't tell by the pictures I take, but she has lots of cute cloths.

I think Jason Bateman is cute now!! I loved watching the Hogan Family back in the day. Jason is also in The Sweetest Thing if you haven't watched it you should it is pee your pants funny. Jason Bateman is HILAROUS!! Who is your heartthrob?

WHY!

It seems to be starting early, but Isabelle has started the Why? Stage. Isabelle's new thing to ask people is. Why you look at me? Or Why you laugh at me? When you answer her she replies "Why?" It is the cutest thing, but can be very trying on your patience. Right now Isabelle is missing her Daddy!
Jason has to put in a lot of late hours at the shop and traveling every other weekend, so we haven't much down time. Busy is good for the business that is the positive! Isabelle tells her Daddy "Don't go to work, you want play with my toys." It breaks Jason's heart to have to leave her. Isabelle's teacher told me yesterday at school she kept asking "where her daddy go?" Jason said if his traveling continued Isabelle and I might have to start going with him! Wow! Wouldn't that be interesting? Isabelle and I at bike shows!
